I've just come out of a super low and crazy irritable slump. Really a lot of Jan felt difficult for me with lots of limiting belief patterns surfacing to my awareness.
Now being out the other end I know it was worth the slump. I shed some more sabotaging behavior that holds me back from living the life I want. Plus I remembered that it's okay to feel crappy so long as I acknowledge my emotions and don't beat myself up for it. It was only last year that I learned this lesson of allowing myself to feel low and how allowing it to surface and be seen.
And it REALLY DOES HELP moving the stuck energy out of my body. It's not about learning how to avoid these times, but rather how to witness and learn from them. A HUGE eye opener in self love and acceptance.
