How Long Do Orders Take To Ship?
All orders are made once you place your order. You'll receive a shipping notification within 24 - 48 hours for all in stock products. Most orders deliver within 2-3 days within the U.S. once shipped.
All orders over $25 ship for free 2-3 day air within the U.S.
When Can I Expect My Order To Deliver To Me?
All orders ship out from Seattle, Washington via USPS Priority Mail. Typical delivery within the United States is about 2-3 days once you receive your shipping confirmation email. West coast states may see their orders within 1-2 days once the order ships.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do! We find that USPS has the best price for shipping. You may incur additional customs charges in addition and it is up to you to pay those fees. Mining For Soul doesn't cover this cost.
We cannot control customs fees and cannot give estimates as to how much they may be, if any at all. So please keep this in mind if your shipping address is not in the United States.

Can I Cancel My Order?
You have 24 hours from time of purchase to cancel your order should you feel hit with buyer's remorse. If your order has shipped already you will need to mail the candle back once received before you are refunded (minus shipping fees).
I Received My Order And Want To Return It.
Images can only do so much. Where's our smello-technology already?
If you receive your candle and just aren't feeling it, no worries! You have 30 days to let us know so we can start the return paperwork. Once we receive it back you'll be refunded for the candle cost, minus the shipping fees. You'll need to pay for the item to ship back, but let us know and we can get a discounted shipping label sent your way and the shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount. This is around $7 for all U.S. orders.
Any burned candles are not available for returns as we cannot resell a previously used product, but if you simply do not like the candle once it's burning please reach out and we'll see what we can do to make you a happy customer by finding an item of equal value that you'd be happier with.

My Order Arrived Damaged. What Do I Do?
Your order arrived and the candle was damaged in shipping. Noooo!!! That sucks, but guess what?
We insure all shipments just in case this happens, because damage in shipment does occur now and then.
Simply let us know by sending us a message in the form below and we'll arrange for a new candle to be sent your way at no cost to you.
